What to write, what to write...

I have this idea for a fic. Problem is: It’s just a concept, not a plot. It’s basically a Coraline/Gravity Falls/Ruby Gloom/Welcome To Night Vale crossover. I first had the idea when I noticed the interesting relationship between Gloomsville, Gravity Falls and Night Vale. All three are towns where supernatural things exist. But how the supernatural presents itself and how the people deal with it is pretty different. Citizens of Gloomsville seem to be pretty okay with the supernatural.
